Not sure about C & C 4. But SCII, hands down.

Supreme Commander II is also a game I'm looking into.

Starcraft II wins easily for me. The original is the greatest RTS ever made, hopefully they'll recapture that mix of micro/macro and deep strategy from the first one.

Agreed 100%. and I'm sure they will, they held onto what makes them great in WC3, and they super long development time bodes well for them shooting to achieve the perfect balance that is their legacy.
