I was watching tv at 8:30am as usual nothing good was going on, so i put cartoon network it was pokemon DP. I watched the whole episode and at the end i was like WTF what happen to pokemon, I remebered years ago the first seasons of pokemon and they were great but now they boring and i watch a couple of more episode if it was that only episode that was boring but no, i miss the old pokemon anime.

It's called leave childhood memories in nostalgia. The shows you watched as a kid only seemed good because you were a kid. I watch some of the cartoons I did as a kid at my age now and they were HORRIBLY done.

The anime isn't bad. I still watch it. But I cannot wake up that early (7:30) to watch it, so I wait a few days and watch it on Cartoon Networks website.

The Pokemon cartoon is pretty horrible. It was enjoyable when I was about 10, but you quickly realise that it's more or less worthless

Meh, it seemed like it went south went the voices started changing. I haven't really watched since then. I still enjoy the first 5-6 seasons though.

I watched the first season and even that one sucked when I look behind(though I enjoyed it when I was a kid).

Ive seen parts of the newer seasons whenIm changing channels and it seems like the same thing in each one, there is little to no character developement and animations and drawings arent good.

It was never that good a series to begin with, and it has only gotten worse with time. Of course, what they needed to do was to re-build the protagonist for each game, rather than endlessly dragging Ash all over the world, yet never seeing him really advance

Yeah, but there are many animes that I watched when I was little that were actually good.
