It has enough potential to be HUGE. MS has been working on this tech for a few yrs now. I dont think they'd throw us a damp squib.

Will version 1.0 be perfect?
Hell no.

But it can be good.

I agree I do not think it will be perfect at first. With the right backing and creative use it could be really big for MS.

Anyone saying Yes is blinded by the bling. We dont know anything about the product and we havent seen any games basicly. Why would you get a product like that? It might crash and burn and have no games, we dont know.

Just because I want to buy it now doesn't mean I can't be persuaded out of it later.  I'm interested in the possibilities and promise that it shows.  However, if it doesn't end up delivering then I won't get it.  Simple as that, but right now I'm a day one buy.

I'm also a day one buy for Halo: Reach and Crackdown 2 and Modnation racers and Metroid M, and there hasn't been that much shown for any of those.

People aren't locked into buying something because they are interested in buying in before it comes out.  If you had asked me a month ago if I was going to get the apple tablet I would have said yes.  Now that they have revealed the Ipad, I have no desire to get it.  See?

Given the amount of xbox trolls on this site...the % are looking pretty darn solid!

Yes I will buy it

Most likely, depending on the cost and the games that are released.

Yes because it offers an extremely cool looking experience. I can see it now...pure awesome!!!

Plus I am sure some of my family will want to play it, so there is another reason to buy it.

I get what you're saying.. but as you said "I'm interested in the possibilities...". Thats what i'd say aswell, rather than "i will buy it" or "day one". Im not going to push this matter any further.. but in my eyes, you're very much blinded by hype if you're a "day one"-kind of guy at this point in time.

Go E3!

I'll check out critics' reviews and features when it releases before I make a choice.

If they have good games which use it...

I'd be crazy not to try it :)
