Just because someone doesn't like a game it doesn't make it "hate."

It may just be that the game isn't that good.

The combat in this game was mind numbingly easy and boring. I didn't come close to dying once in the game. At that point, being able to purchase more powerful attacks and combos doesn't mean much other than to hopefully speed up the boring battles. And outside of dungeon crawling and upgrading your characters, there's almost nothing at all to this game.

So it's a game based on battles and the battles aren't any fun once you realize there's no challenge and you don't really gain anything by making your characters more powerful. I wish they had gone for a battle system like they did with Rogue Galaxy. That game was lots of fun. Or that they had added tactics and challenge to make it more like FF XII, which was also really fun. WKC was not much fun.

It just didn't meet my expectations you know? I was really excited about the game at first...but then it took them like ten years to translate it to english. By the time it finally released in my country, FFXIII is just on the horizon and I already own the Japanese version so no way am I dropping that to play WKC.

When Square-Enix manages to translate a final fantasy game faster than you then you know somethings wrong.

Very good game but got many flaws specially its very easy and not challenging I personally give it 7.5/10 and I think reviewrs were very harsh on it it got a nice story + very good fighting style (way better than FFXII) and nice combo system + great online.

I don't hate the game. I actually enjoyed it. I just guess that it didn't meet my Level-5 standards is all.

i hear ya man. i wish it would of done better being a ps3 exclusive. i like seeing ps3 exclusives shine. wish it was doing better critically as well. i think is better than ff3 (god i hate that game). i dont know i might get it a few months from now though.
