All my pre-conceptions of this anime has been fault I do believe i does stand head and shoulders on the greats of the last decade (still prefer Death Note and Gurren Lagann) it's great story and great characters/development has shown why their is still a glimmer of hope with contemprary anime.

So yeah am here to congratulate the greatness that is Code Geass, and this is with me still being around the 1/3 of R2

Oh and english dubbing has done a exemplary job on this anime!

Best anime ever made. And no, I still think the dub sucks...the first time I heard Lelouch in English it was "aaaaaagghhhh, how could they butch it so much!". But in Japanese, you can't get better than this

Nah, just give it a try, I thought it was phenomenal but maybe that's just me. I have seen the Japanese version (Only 3 episodes though). Maybe later on you could give it another go since not all the characters are meant to sound perfect in your preception.

Nah, it's impossible, since I can't even watch it in TV here, I'd just dl it...and for that, if I wanted to watch it again, I'd watch it again in JP. Besides, I don't like watching anime in English, it's not the original language.

Did you watch R2, or just the original season?

Watched the whole of season 1, am around episode 9 on R2. Should get it finished before my half-term break is done.

I kinda like how Code Geass actually have a strong female cast, but sometimes the "Yaoi" moments detract from that, but overly am impressed.

Am I the only one who likes Dietard (Sp) the news reporter?

Diethard? He's ok...I found him a bit inconsistent...not one of the strongest characters in the anime
