Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Wireless Access Point question (Wii and DS)

Mmm. I have not had any problem -- other then when trying to use the Internet using the browser cartridge (for which I fear I have again forgotten the password)

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.

IP conflicts? Set your DS to get a dynamically assigned IP each time (DHCP)

You mean "auto-obtain IP address"? Because if it is, it doesn't work on mine. Anyway, I'm confused now: how can I solve the IP problem?

Completely disable the routers ability to assign a dynamic IP address, which should be an option, then you manually assign a different value to every device that connects to said router (which i think you have to do through the device, so set it in your computer's control panel, and WiFi setup)

An IP conflict could be the problem, because those are often not absolute (in the sense that things can run simultaneously even if there is a conflict, but the problem can just flare up intermittently).
