Yeah, I am. 10 months.... yeah my longest relationship!! Still going strong.

Nope. I normally can't stand the girl I'm with after about two months (and sometimes when I'm done washing up in their sink), so I just stop returning their phone calls for a while.......I'm a jerk......

@pastro243 Yeah i know what you mean. My "friend" and I were supposed to chill on Valentines day. She was all for it when i asked Friday morning saying "I was sure i was going to spend it alone". Then later that day she was like "well....i'll text you" then Sunday night i was told asked her and she said she couldn't. Unfortunately she's a very selfish individual even though she'd be the first to tell you I did soooo much for her.

@Nightwish224 and all the others in Love I wish you all the best. 10 months is past the honeymoon phase so now it's more like a real relationship. Which is a good thing.

My right hand and I have been going out for a few years now. When leftie cleans up her act I will let her in.

Yup. I remember the first time I ever saw my wife and still love her to this day (been married about 1 1/3 years, been together about 6 1/2 years).

I remember seeing her for the time at a friend apartment. She was dating one of my friends and she happened to be there while a bunch of people came over. I remember thinking she was pretty cute and then found out who she was.

Over the next few years she dated a few other friends actually, though I never really got to know her that well. I didn't really get to know her until she joined the professional engineering frat and we were at some party. I was hammered and made her drink a lot, wasn't a great first impression.

I had liked her and another girl I was pretty sure who I had a chance with (and she's even in pbryo's signature funny enough!) and ultimately decided to ask her out. I noticed she like musicals, she saw I had Jesus Christ Superstar at a party, invited her over to watch it, and the rest is history. We watched it and Chasing Amy and our first date was seeing I forget what movie, going to Target where I bought this awesome stuffed kid Hulk that screams, and we went to my favorite crappy Chinese food restaurant.

About five years later I asked her to marry me. She's a swing dancer and there's a band we love to go see and she dances to. I got the band and about 20-30 of her friends in on it. The band played her favorite song, the friends did a steal dance (she keeps getting passed around as people steal her), the song ended, the final friend spinned her around to me on my knees and I asked her to marry me.

We later got married at the Dallas Museum of Art and had an awesome Super Mario Bros. cake and a Ghostbusters groomscake.

After the above story, I'll give you mine,

I am in love with a great girl, she's amazingly kind, strong willed, independent, has a huge heart and loves her family. She is quick to anger for small things which I love. She's very beautiful, sexy and open minded sexually. I admire her ambitions and her goals, her confidence puts mine to shame. We dated a few years ago then she returned to her home country for family reasons, we kepted the relationship as open and would continue when she returns.

2 weeks ago today she and her sister were killed in an accident, I had yet to tell her how I really feel so now I'll never get too.

That's pretty much the reaction I get from people around me in real life too. Although it's usually also followed by "if you ever need to talk just, you know where I am." etc.

I'm sorry for posting it really, bit of a downer on the thread.
