ps3 shortages are non-existent and never happened before, imo according this site there are millions of ps3's on shelves, there is actually an overabundance lol

This crazy lady who managed my local gamestop when I lived in Utah told me when I managed to find a launch PS3 in December of 2006 that they were having high failure rates and I could buy a three year replacement warranty for $70. Despite the fact there were no such reports of high failure rates and the warranty was only $50. I wound up talking with investor relations about it (I was a shareholder at the time) who put me in touch with their regional manager. I felt it was extremely dishonest of her to do that, and the regional manager (someone named Debbie if I recall) agreed. A month later I got a call from Debbie (or whatever her name was) and was told that lady was let go. Cool beans.

there's ps3 slims in my bestbuy and gamestop stores. my ps3 slim hasnt ylod me since i bought it at launch. i also a frequent game news reader and never heard of anything like that
