Im no expert and I havent had classes about it in years but I think men produce it too just in smaller quantities.

Yeah, they can. Throughout adolescence i had one breast that was bigger than the other due to some sort of estrogen spurt. Much harder to notice now, but that's what happened.

Makes sense. The fat keeps that area warm, so the body feels no need to grow hair.

I actually heard somewere that fat actually makes hair grow when you already are an "adult" or have a mature body, in a tv show were there was this fat girl that was also like a werewolf.
