yeah, the doctors visit will be pretty awkward i'm sure. I might want to just tell him that I've had that since puberty for whatever reason and am just tired of it. If he knows why, he'll probably just throw up his hands and say "WHATEVER" "SURE" , we'll get you taken care of, sir" lol

Well you got your thanks off before people made jokes comments. Just remember this man anything that has an effect in your body will always have a side affect. Every benefit has it's draw backs. Just be very careful so many chemicals out there these days.

While the doctor will probably figure it out on his own pretty quickly, you definitely shouldn't lie to them. Your going in for an invasive procedure, and those always carry inherent risks. Just a few days ago a women in Canada died well getting a simple nose job. If your going under the knife, you want the people operating on you to know every detail. 

And come on, your getting man boobs lipoed. It'll be awkward regardless of what you tell them.

Sure,  and i'm not going to go into detail on this forum, the mods probably wouldnt appreciate it, but there are roids that you can do that will be very minimal and nonaffective as far as recuperative, hormonal psychological/aggressive and androgenic/cardiovascular type of bad effects so I am definitely waching out for that......also will be taking the other drugs necessary so that I wont gget the moobs....   

@ Stof w/ the medical type of comments -   yeah, the doctors will be taking out moobs no matter what the cause is and yes I guess to a doctor you should own up to what you've done.  On thinking about it more, I probably will tell him/her what's up and why this happened.  I guess i, 'm only worried about the doctor telling me that I shouldnt be doing this, and consequently refusing to deal with me, as this is a self-directed kind of symptom but I can always just go to someone else if that happens.
