Hmm... I'd say to start with Star Ocean, since you already have a fair amount of time put into it; may as well have it pay out. (That, and it'll take a while.) After that, since there's a fair variety of games, I'd go Batman AA, Dead Space, then I'd probably want to start either L4D2 or AC2, maybe in that order.

I'd play Halo ODST - its a short and very fun campaign

And I'd stop playing Dead space. You played for 5 hours. You've seen everything the game has to offer. If you beat that spinning tentacle mid game boss, thats the last cool thing in the game. May as well sell it after that...
