I couldn't finish first in 5 tries...so its actually quite fun and challenging but it doesn't feel cheap. The whole "Drift to get a boost" mechanic has been simplified that even the biggest Ridge Racer hater can pull it off.

You can change the difficulty in the options to beginner.

As for the game, nice graphics but frame rate needs to remain stready in the final release. I think it's ok to play, might rent it. It's no Mario Kart.

I liked the difficulty where it was... I hate when things are effortless.

Otherwise I never thought it would be a Mario Kart Killer. I was worried it may be shovelware but it isn't. It seems they got some decent game mechanics going for their first cart racing attempt. I may rent it too...or I'll pick it up once under 30 bucks.

Well, I've been looking forward to this game for a while now. I love Mario Kart and I am hoping this is somewhat as good. I'm downloading the demo right now and I will be able to play it when I get home from work and then I will give my impressions.

Well, I played one race and I thought it was pretty fun. I have to get the controls down. I had just finished playing Mario Kart Wii and I was a little confused on what to do...lol. Anyways, I will be playing some more to see if I can win a few.

I wish Nintendo would allow game demos i would love too try this out.
