I have the most up to date video drivers. And i simply refuse to disable my graphics card. anyone else no what the real problem could be or what I should do. I'm sick of constant crashes. Also, its stupid that u can only use live update website on internet explorer

That link provides no information whatsoever. What is happening exactly, is your comp just turning off, or are you getting BSoDs, or something else? If it's a BSoD, what's the error code, and what other information does it provide?

slide the hw acceleration thingy down to troublseoot that is what it is there for.....you can always slide it back if that is not the problem. But at least try it. Post some specs. You may  be short on power.

IAEF: reinstall windows! You do keep your apps, files, etc on a different partition right?

nah i have xp32 and im going to 64 so i cant keep anything, but i dont care everything allways blue screens so whatever. i have an i7920 2.3ghz, 6 gig of ram (only using 3 cause of 32 bit) nvidia gts250, 500watt psu, im running monitor at 1050p.



oh didn't we tell you? PC gaming is not for inexperienced people

If I had to guess, with knowing nothing as I do, your PSU isn't enough to power the system.

But since you've yet to actually provide any error messages or real information other than a generic troubleshooting page, we can only really speculate...

i dont get an error message! it sjust blue screens comp shuts down, restarts, error reports go to that page. Thats all i can do. I dno how to get the error code sorry



Is anything overclocked? First step, get everything back to stock clocks/voltages. Failing that try the computer without the GPU to see if thats a faulty part.

it never blue screens on anything but games, and they dont work without the card!
