I like a good bit of meat with a nice red wine. Or some fish with a nice white.

Yes I know its a cliche but sometimes its the simple things that ensure you have a great meal.

As for myself and the topic, I'm not overly picky. I'll eat most things meant to be eaten. There are times that I crave a simple comfort food, like pizza, burgers, or mom's Mac & Cheese casserole. (Mmm... I've not had that casserole in a while...)

Anyone like Taco Bell? I know, I'm obsessed with it. I'm eating it right now as I speak.

The foie gras at Botero Steakhouse in Las Vegas is one of the best things I've ever eaten in my life.

Before the year is over, I will return to Vegas so I can have that dish once again.
