I'm a PS3 owner, but I must say, Halo is just much more fun than Killzone. Killzone's campaign and multyplayer are great, I really liked the game but wasn't as good as I expected.. besides, what's the point in having bots offline, without split-screen, specially if you have an awesome Online? Imo, Halo is just better to play with friends. If Killzone 2 gets Split-Screen, just like UT3 got, then my opinion would radically change. Till then, my vote goes for Halo.

Killzone 2

Oh definitely Halo 3 for me but can't say I'm fond of these topics. I personally think just for the community aspects and loads of new content always for Halo 3 that there is really no competition for the online aspect (especially gameplay balance and controls in H3 just make for an awesome experience) but I just don't think it is fair to really compare these games. Not to mention discussion always becomes a Sony versus MS fan thing rather than actual discussion. Oh well.

Really it depends on what type of gamer you are. For me I'm the more hardcore gamer. I like games with a realstic image feel to it. Play both games, I have to go with Killzone 2.

Killzone 2 for me because I play online. Though I used to play Halo 2 LAN parties all the time (and the difference between 2 & 3 is tiny) and well nothing beats a LAN party in terms of gaming.
Depends what you want really. Is like comparing a Ferrari to an Aston Martin. Same price, same essential thing, but offer two very different experiences.

killzone 2 has the graphics and that about it. Halo 3 has way better gameplay and takes more skill to be good. Anyone who has played the MLG ranked 50 playlist would know that.

I'd have to say Halo 3 overall. Halo 3 campaign is pretty weak, and KZ2's presentation and graphics is better. However, KZ2 has significantly more input delay than Halo 3, add the online delay and it's just too much for proper gameplay online imo. Aside from that, Halo 3 adds way more strategy online because of the deployables. I would say the fun-factor is higher as well. And unless there's KZ2 DLC that I don't know off, Halo 3 has vehicles and KZ2 does not. Halo 3 is more community driven etc... I think I made my point.
