almost sure its an am3 motherboard,

i'm not using a very high ress, just 1440x900, as i'm not a big fan of large screens

currently i'm only playing games (school vacations)

5850 will last you a long time (relatively). PC game demands haven't increased much since 2007.

Nintendo is a constant in life. Nintendo is the place where you can always go to have a great time, whether that is alone or together with friends. Nintendo made dozens of all time classics which are more than just amazing games. Nintendo is a gaming company. Nintendo raised our sorry asses better than a parent ever could. Nintendo is a religion. Nintendo is what drove gaming forward and what continues to drive gaming forward. Nintendo saved gaming in the '80s. Nintendo is saving gaming again right now.

I admit to the overreaction, but dude, that's like one BluRay disc.

I have an obsession with HDD space if you couldn't tell, I have a couple TBs on my comp

I'm with him on this. The more stuff you have on your HDD the slower your computer runs. Inside HDDs are disks just like CD's (well they work like it) and it stores data on the outer and inner rings. Naturally the outer rings run faster but whats on the inner rings run slower. I have an external Terabyte drive specificly for pictures, music, and movies and an internal Terabyte specificly for software and games.

not true, the more stuff you have on your OS HDD, the slower. I have one 10kRPM OS HDD, and about 1.8TBs on raid for everything else.

I was agreeing with you telling him to get more and telling him why, he should get a bigger one. Plus 320 fills up very fast nowadays.
