Tomb Raider DLC and exclusive use of the Joker are two different things. For anyone buying a Batman game, being able to play as the Joker was a big bonus.

Genre and exclusive Joker maps.

It can't be just you, but I do suspect you're in the minority camp.

OT -Don't know, but maybe some combination of:

1 - Joker Maps

2 - Bundles, proximity to Slim when MS seemed to be pushing other titles on 360

3 - Dark Knight BR (think about it)

4 - Random chance

5 - controls (doesn't matter to me but there seems to be suggestion on internet Dual is better for this kind of game)

6 - other

It was definately the ads that associated the game with the PS3 that did it as well as the Joker DLC. I played it on the 360 (UE3 engine runs better on it) and its a great game with loads if goodies to collect. Shame the 360 didn't get the joker DLC later on but apparently from what I've heard it's a bit odd and not quite in sync with the rest of the game.

I got two reasons :

1. Joker DLC

2. It was near Slim launch

batman is black, all PS3s are black, the controller looks kinda like a batarang (well, remember that PS3 controller protoype?)... they make batman look good.

Joker content and some reviews said the PS3 version's graphics were better.

I'm guessing clubbing baby seals = crow eating and sea turtles = captain obvious? I don't get these memes.

Anyways, OT, yes, Joker DLC and ads showing PS3 logo only.

As for the guy who mentioned Tomb Raider's exclusive DLC on Xbox 360 not helping the 360 version outsell the PS3 version, Tomb Raider has a historical association with the PlayStation brand.
