Typical PS fans for this behaviour, you dont see xbox fans complain as much as them and the xbox got adjusted down too.

Well, the PS numbers are a lot more skeptical (though still believable), and as the Xbox people say, there are a billion more PS fans on these forums than Xbox fans. Explains everything.

it expalins som of it but hardly this much, when Wii got adjusted down there were some voices the too but not at this level and they didnt try and kill the sites credibility or forums and there´s a lot of Nintendo fans here almost as many as ps fans.

True, It highlights the devotion of Sony fans to find the truth, for they are noble in that respect!

not true at all, if it was then they would have been vocal at other times when adjustments went downwards but they werent, infact they were commending the site for its numbers when wii got adjusted down. So the conclusion left to make is they are devoted to support their bias at any cost even if that means discredit the site and destroying the forums.

Oh... and for the the number arguement...

Last year 360 selling > Ps3

360 had like 1 million on shelves. Ps3 had like 2 million

This year Ps3 selling > 360

Ps3 - 1.65 million (With confirmed shortages in NA)
360 - 1.73 million (With no shortages)

Man... you'd think retailers would learn their lesson about over ordering Ps3's... Oh wait... my Target has 0 Ps3's in stock and a shit ton of 360's... and I cant let people know where more are because our system shows 0 in the surrounding area and I can tell them when more are coming because we only get 3 in every once in a while which sell out!

I don't care what VGC says. Shipped are the only numbers that matter in a situation like this. The gap is almost down to 5 million... after all.. thats the only number that MS and Sony care about.

Good result for the PS3.

Taking equal timeframes for the XBox 360.

Despite an extra holiday season in PAL regions for the XBox 360 and more so for other regions and a higher PS3 entry pricing for the whole period, the PS3 outsold the XBox 360 by 5.5 million units. 33.5 million PS3s vs 28 million XBox 360s.

Compared to the PS1 despite that console's lower entry pricing (but the PS3 had an extra holiday season for PAL regions). The PS3 outsold the original PS1 by 700k. The PS1 is one of the most successful consoles ever released.

Good amo against XBox fanboys who attack PS3 sales for sure.

Lol I know what offside is.

A player is not in an offside position if:

  • he is in his own half of the field of play
  • he is level with the second last opponent
  • he is level with the last two opponents

Like I said... it has everything to do with the defenders. Why respond when I know youre wrong?
