Its funny how most of the people here are ready to talk so much trash about this game when
they make their opinion with basically 3 screenshots and a new name. I'm pretty sure that when we are gonna see it in action its gonna be different. I'm pretty sure too that with the same name as before and the valkyrie screenshot taken out everybody would be excited about the game.

Even if it's probably not going the be a great game, its sad to see everybody bashing it
on 3 screenshots and a new name. For all I know There still some good effort put in the game. Why not go bash zoo games or conspirancy who flood the market with awful garbage. These guys are trying to release core games on the wii so maybe you won't love the game but please make your opinion on something reliable damn it.

Oh and its still going to be gory, read the description.

Anyway I'm with Hobowan on this one

Edit: What about reading an impression first? http://www.nintendoworldreport.com/impressionsArt.cfm?artid=21106

Now we have to see if its only a rent or a buy...  seems like I was wrong on the gory part though

Droping multiplayer online, droping the sepia-like style, no motion plus support, worst gameplay.

I'll just pretend this game doesn't exist and reduce the hype on The Grinder.

HVS are definitely the type to read forums for feedback. They'll need to listen now more than ever.

Those are my thoughts as well, and thanks for the link. Those people actually played the damn thing.

God, this rushing to judgement on everything just gives credence to the notion that Nintendo should abandone the hardcore. I wouldn't want whiny, illogical brats as my fanbase, and that's the impression many of you are giving about this.

At least wait until we know more about the game.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Of course no one can properly judge the game yet, but people's expectations can only be based on the information they have available, and in this game, such informations ain't very positive.

It's not just about the screenshots and the names either. There's an obvious change in direction. You can argue those may just be bad screens, but even then they reveal a different style (just look at the pallet for example). Also, some features that many looked forward to have been cut out, such as Motion + support.

So yeah, no one can be sure it'll be a bad game, but it's totally reasonable to not like the changes or be less excited for the game given what we know.

If not liking the direction was merely the issue people were making, we wouldn't have a problem. It's basically acting as though it's a bad game when they haven't heard much about it other than the direction.

Sure, you're right, but this is the internet, exaggeration and overstatements are to be expected :P

Of course. Doesn't mean I'll let such illogical notions slide.

I want to know more. The problem is to be a fighter on the Wii, you have to compete with SSBB and TvC. Not even TMNT could sell.
