Recap:
Last year in early 2008 Microsoft for some untold reason became desperate. It hasn't been determined how people determined they were desperate and it hasn't been determined how it was decided they were no longer desperate, but it seems to have been determined that they have become desperate again.
Signs of desperation:
1. Raising the price.
Its pretty obvious that Microsoft are in such shock at the unexpected and obviously uncounterable PS3 price cut that they got all confused and muddled and in total desperation and shock they took the price of the Xbox 360 the wrong way. To counter the 250 pound PS3 they raised the price of the Xbox 360 arcade to 150 pounds and discontinued the 160 pound Premium model effectively raising the price of the HDD model to 230 pounds.
2. Predicting the PS3 cut.
They were in such shock and awe, that resonance of their despair carried back through time to earlier this year or late 2008, letting them know that the PS3 price cut was coming.
3. The design of the Xbox 360.
They always knew the Xbox 360 empire was going to come crashing down. If they didn't believe such an event was forthcoming, then why did they craft the Xbox 360 to be concave? AKA caved in design! Its designed with the proportion of a woman and it bleeds red every month or discharges green at any other time.
4. Not announcing games too far into the future.
If they truely believed the Xbox 360 would be around for 2011 they would have announced games for 2011 at this years E3. The one console owner who truely had the balls to announce games 3+ years out from release was Sony, and they have a 10 year plan silly. Nintendo and Microsoft both believe they are truely temporary in this generation.
5. They just know they haven't got the performance.

Tease.
