How much time till someone dies playing PSVR? Tons of horror games.

I ask that because, man, look at the games listed for the launch window, there are dozens of horror titles!

I mean, it is awesome, what a intense experience it must be. And I for one rather play a horror game than a rollercoaster game, althought I kinda want roallercoaster games too.

So, what do you guys think? People like Angrey Joe said Rush of Blood is second to none the must play PSVR game so far, and everyone says Biohazard 7 looks fantastic in VR.

Can all of this awesomeness lead into tragedy? Can someone actually have a heart attack  playing a video game?

I, unfortunatelly, think that yes, someone, somewhere, will try this without being prepared for it and... Sadly, I think it can come to the worst.

I think it will happen during 2017 and I hope people realize it is not Sony´s fault.

I was almost the first. My wife recorded me playing Until Dawn in the middle of the night and she decided to scare me. I swear, I thought I was dying!

The genre is just more engrossing in VR than ever before. I even tried PT with the headset on. It actually seemed like it belonged on the PSVR. After my first encounter with the ghost lady, I said "fuck this" and never touched it, again. Too intense!

Thank the Lord I am single and live alone. I plan to buy this as soon as I take some debt out of the way and horror is my favorite genre, by far. I would probably die if someone tried to jumpscare me during a intense PSVR horror game session. Not so much if it was a party and I was expecting it =)

That is 3 years and one month. So, december 2019. Hey, that is quite a good amount of time. =)

Good luck with that. Even today, I was playing with the headset and I felt like somebody was in the room with me when I had it on! It's a no win.

Get it, though. There's no better experience than having a three dimensional figure in front of you that looks so real you can touch it. Even 360 degree video can't fully prepare you for what you'll see. It just feels like you're looking at them through slightly dirty glasses, though.

You should work in marketing, seriously, I am salivating just reading your two lines impressions of it.

I will start saving tons of money right now. I want this.

I thought people were going to die from not noticing their house was on fire while playing VR...
Or trip and crack their head on the edge of a table.
Or choke themselves on the cord.
Or don't notice armed burglars coming in.
Or their hair product catches on fire from the headset.
Or get epileptic seizures from a malfunctioning headset.
Or fall of the balcony / down the stairs while playing.
Or get crushed by a bookcase, grabbing on for stability.
Now it's heart attacks too!

I would love a good horror game. Rush of blood doesn't do it for me, nor the kitchen demo. They're very cool experiences but nothing compared to Silent hill 2. Here they lie did manage to make me jump the second time I tried the demo. I must have taken a different door this time or it was random, wasn't expecting anything that time, which is why it works.

I agree, all these modern horror games got nothing on Silent Hill 2, what a masterpiece!

Siren Blood Curse would be amazing in VR though. Imagine how crazy it would be.

They sould make a Silent Hill VR spin off, like Shattered Memories, which was a good game.

I am very sure good horror PSVR games are coming.
