Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Did SEGA sell any copies of Sonic Lost World that wasn't the Deadly Six edition?

Tagged games:

I was online looking at unboxing videos of Sonic Lost World and I noticed every single video had the Deadly Six edition unboxed, instead of the normal edition. Does anyone know if SEGA released the normal edition, or did they just sell the limited edition version of the game due to the poor sales?

nice

The first months were all deadly six edition, just recently they gone only standard. You guys know NPD revealed this game hasn't even hit 100k in the US. Man.

I'd recite the "Nintendo doesn't advertise" monologue, but I actually saw a fair amount of commercials for this game upon its release...
Certainly nowhere near SM3DW or any major AAA release, but more than I saw for Lego City, Pikmin 3, and Tropical Freeze...

Have a nice day...

Guess the bad scores outweighted the fair advertisement.

It was one of the few holiday releases that actually made it to my country (no Batman: Arkham Origins, no Assassin's Creed IV, or Call of Duty:Ghosts were available). But it was not selling good, because the high price.

mine is standard
