I will gift me this Christmas with a Vita but I want a 3G version for access the Facebook, watch Netflix, etc in places I don't have WiFi points. Like everybody knows I'm a Brasilian and the there is no official 3G Vita here... so I need to import one from outside countries.

So after a lot of researchs I found some problems with the US 3G Vita... it's locked to AT&T operator and we don't have this operator here in Brazil. The best version of Vita 3G is the European or Hong Kong for what I need (the Japonses is locked too).

Why I need help? Simple... I need to know witch frequency the unlocked Europen 3G Vita works because the frequency here in my city (São Paulo) for 3G is 2100Mhz.

The unlocked 3G Vita there in Europe works with 2100Mhz???

I did a quick search and it seems we do use 2100MHz for 3G (usually FDD with 1900~MHz for upl/2100~MHz for dl - often referred to as "Band I" ) here in europe

btw I recommend picking up LBP Vita, it's the best in the series imo

I found two Vita European for sale here in my city... so I will try to use a GSM chip... and if it worked... yeah baby, I have a new baby to fun.
