Forums - Sony Discussion - Uncharted 3: Potential Maps and Skins (Only from Uncharted Franchise)- Spoiler Alert

Tagged games:

Uncharted 3 is early in its multiplayer life but three skin packs (skins from the previous multiplayer mode), Capture Trooper, Helgast Helmet, and ISA Helmet (from Killzone 3), and the Flashback Map Pack #1 which includes changed Fort, Sanctuary, and Ice Cave maps have been inlcuded as DLC's so far. First I'll list my top 5 most wanted skins:

5) Descendant (Uncharted: Drake's Fortune)

These characters, which are descendents of the Spanish that tried to get El Dorado and were infected by it, in the end kill Eddy Raja. When you first see them it is somewhat scary, especially when you are stuck in the room with the alarms going off.

4) Guardian (Uncharted 2: Among Thieves)

I wasn't expecting that the Yeti's that attack everyone seeking Shangri-La are really people that are immortal. Do they survive the collapse of Shangri-La though?

3) T.E Lawrence (Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception)

While the storyline focuses on Francis Drake's unknown trial to find Iram of the Pillars, T.E Lawrence is also important to the storyline. It would be a mistake to not include him.

2) The Djinn (Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception)

It's up to you to decide if The Djinn were in some way real and only the drug could grant you to see them but in my opinion these were my favourite of the supernatural people in the Uncharted Trilogy, I really enjoyed facing them.

1) Young Drake (Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception)

You might put that choice down as unusual or silly but Young Drake would work well in the game, he would be a more agile skin but in comparison maybe more difficult to use with power weapons.

And my top 5 wanted maps:

5) Roman Numeral Room (Uncharted: Drake's Fortune)

This was a good location in the original Uncharted and I think if it turned up as a map it would require skilled players to not fall off.

4) Borneo (Uncharted 2: Among Thieves)

This has turned up in co-op but with competitive multiplayer it could shine through, I was surprised to see this missing from Uncharted 2's multiplayer to be honest.

3) Columbian Streets/Museum (Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception)

This location in the campaign was definitely a highlight of Uncharted 3 and surely the entire franchise. This could work as very varied map if both the museum and streets of Columbia are taken into account.

2) Rub' al-Khali Desert (Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception)

This would certainly work as an alternative to the Stage in Uncharted 2, the only cover points would be the Sand Dunes.

1) Dockyard (Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception)

This was going to be in the retail copy of Uncharted 3 (and yes it is called Dry Docks but that is really a silly name for it) and would be the most unique map for Uncharted multiplayer. When this is announced for DLC it will be an instant purchase for me, as this location in the campaign was my highlight in the Uncharted franchise for me.

Around the Network

I agree with dockyard, borneo and columbia...especially columbia..a map in that city would be badass

and if they can make so that you can jump in the water and shoot the enemy in the mp as well..it would lead some very creative gameplay :D

as for skins...the one I am looking forward to is the infamous 2 cole skin..gotta love some infamous
