That is actually fake everyone, its a modded version of Golden Eye Rogue Agent for the DS. It even has the same crosshairs and noises just reskinned everything. I own Golden Eye Rogue Agen for my DS and I can confirm this. I also found some videos online of people that realized it as well.
This guy shows it all right here, and if you play the game for yourself on DS you'll know.
