I dont have a link or source for this, but you can just go check some online retailers like amazon.de and Uncharted 3 has been released OFFICIALLY (no street date broken or something) a few days earlier.

Ive also seen many copies of UC3 already available in retailers in my area and heard from many people that there copies already got shipped.

I wonder how Vgchartz will track the sales of Uncharted 3 in EMEAA now? :/

Probably do like Gears 3 and just add early sales to the official first week. Although I will admit the site has been somewhat inconsistent in that regard. Some games that launched in continental EU before the UK have been tracked, such as Sims 3 (Wii), while others haven't, such as Inazuma 11. And then there's games that have had their street date straight up broken and we tracked them (Uncharted 1, LBP). Personally I thought Gears 3 should have had an early first week in EMEAA. Gfk and Chart Track felt that it was worth tracking early.

This is silly though, retailers should stick to the release date even if the game is ready to be sold. Now I can be assured that this will come to me a day early due to GAME's system but this would be the date of the North American Release date.
