Forums - Sony Discussion - Just saw the best PS3 ad I've ever seen

I was watching the Suns-Lakers game (I don't like the whiny Suns, and I hate the Lakers, but it's fun to see Nash cry every time he's breathed on), and I heard a familiar tune...Saliva's "Ladies and Gentlemen"

Now, this got my attention. When I turned around from my laptop, what I saw was the essence of a little something I call "awesomeness". First there was gameplay of R&C, followed by Warhawk flying around a mutating PS3, and clips of Spiderman 3 on Blu-Ray. There was more, but the sheer awesomeness has pushed it out.

I honestly don't like Sony very much for everything that they've done trying to control media mediums (Blu-ray, betamax), and their (illegal) DRM software, but seriously, kudos to their ad team on this one.

 trust me, DRM is 10000000000 times better then the software Apple put on music in itunes Plus.

Yeah, Sony should maybe just be HONEST and DECENT about the products they're trying to sell. It seems that a lot of people aren't these days.

 no im serious on this one.. the software that Apple puts on itunes+ music is way the heck more dangerise.

ssj12, they are referring to Sony's rootkit debacle. I think that's a lot worse than not-so-DRM-free "DRM free" itunes.
