Watch this gameplay video. You can't tell me the battle system doesn't remind you of secret of mana.. only improved with a combo type thing. You can even switch characters like you could in secret of mana.There's been no real follow up to secret of mana's timed-type action in rpg. Mana games have only disapointed after seiken densetsu 3.
Though it's not the same franchise or anything of the sort, Technically speaking, perhaps fans who have been waiting for a follow-up to Secret of Mana may want to look forward to this game.
