By me:

Made with Blender + LuxRender
"Since you can´t understand ... there is no point to taking you seriously."

@sqrl - why are you laughing? did looking at the cutesy nintendo crap get you giddy?? how am i sheltered? and knowing what game its from (smash bros, which I could prob take you out in a best of 7 match) doesnt change the effect of the cutesy nintendo crap.

@neos - why wasnt it necessary? i wanted to know what systems he had to make my final point but couldnt figure it out because his profile is a useless headache inducing smash bros wallpaper

doesnt matter what it is, its silly to use it as a background because it makes the text unreadable.

ON TOPIC

I know HDMI cables can be had for much less but many still pay a heavy premium for it for some reason. When the DirectTV guy came by last week and seen my PS3 he offered to sell me some HDMI cable for $65 !! He said he sells tons of it to PS3 people because its like $100 at the store. I corrected him and told him I got 6ft of it wal mart for under $20.

people who buy those way overpriced brand-name+gold contacts HDMI cables are just uhm .. uninformed (to not say "stupid") .. the HDMI-signal is digital , meaning it either works perfectly or not at all - there is simply no quality to gain from a superb cable , because only analog signals profit from those ... *sigh*

I got my HDMI cable for €9 :)

It's a good deal. Now they just need to include a real PS3 with it.

Retailers do seem to be offering more store-specific bundles with consoles this generation, which I like. I've yet to see one that includes A) a game I want, and B) a console model I want, though. It's always one or the other.

Anyway, since when does Dell sell PS3s? Weird.

Edit: I took a look here and it seems they've actually got some flexibility in their bundles. You can get an extra controller instead of the game, and the 80 gig is offered with NHL 08. Still doesn't interest me much, but we're getting somewhere.

Dell has been selling video games for a while now.
6 feet for $20? Not bad, I've seen a simlar price one at Meijers. I bought the one I use for my PS3 from Newegg for $10 (6 foot). I also got another one for our 1080p TV at home, but I was stupid when it came to shipping and payed too much for them ($25ish). However, either my PS3, TV, or HDMI cable is messed up because it wouldn't work last week. Like, I switch the PS3 to HDMI output, and there is just fuzz when I change the TV to the HDMI input. I wont be able to check that out till next weekend, but I do have trusty old components anyway.

I'm thinking it could be from when I pack the wire to transport it from the apartment for when I go home.
