Back at E3 2006 Hudson announced that they were bringing over Far East of Eden Ziria to North America. No expected release date was announced at the time and still has yet to have a firm release date. This is a well known JRPG series that has never been localized before and I would love to try this game out myself.

I'm really hoping they are simply taking their time to make sure they localize it well. It looks like a fun rpg to me and I really would hate for this to suddenly not come out to North America. I know Hudson is not a huge company so here's hoping I'm right.

I just sent a email to Hudson Soft on this as well I will update this thread with any news I may get from them to you guys.

Come on guys I know the game is old but it still has yet to come out here. Where's those that love their rpg's at??

Well, i found it interesting, if released at budget price could be worth a purchase. Okay the game have ps2-like visuals, but it will be worth if the battle system,plot, and soundtrack are good, and if released at 25$ maximum.

No thanks! I'd rather get this game localized than buy a Japanese Xbox 360 and the game in a language I don't know. I would have to pay around $70 to get the Japanese version also btw. Just because the visual PS2-like doesn't mean the game isn't well worth experiencing. I've seen plenty of user reviews that stated the game is great and that the gameplay is fun. I want a good ol' turn based rpg. The anime cutscene's look nice as well and I like those types of cutscenes.

ok cutscenes look awesome but xbots are graphics whores and M$ only cares about japanese market.

american empire marine game = america (gow, mass effect,halo,etc)

jrpg = japan

at least for M$.

i also would like to play it but aint gonna happen. maybe a fan translation in 2 or 3 years if we are lucky

p.s:this looks way better than IU, last remnant, so4,etc. by the way.
