Forums - Nintendo Discussion - and you though that after F1 2009 it can't get even worse...

Konami is "porting" GTI Club. did konami delivered a pile of shitty shovelware we all are waiting for? oh boy, they did.

GTI Club  Supermini Fiesta! - nice way to add "party" to the title without "party". they even added some pissed of low-res sprite people here and  there.

looks pretty good i thought

Proud Sony Rear Admiral

That's a port of an arcade game by the same name.

So the "Festa" (not fiesta) isn't just added because it's a Wii game.

i guess then no props to konami for that, but it still looks like garbage. and then they will say to you that games won't sell on the wii when they actually release a decent title after 15-20 shovelware games.

facepalm, u have no idea what ur saying. Look at the arcade versions website here > http://www.konami.jp/am/gti/

Also Car Soccer

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

Correct....unfortunately.

Sadly they (and dozens of other 3rd parties) have been doing that since the GC days.

reminds me of the Volkswagen racing game on the N64

The fact that like you so many gamers hype or condemn games purely by the graphics, without playing them for even a second, is precisely why the industry is so stale and produces so much garbage. This game could be great for all anyone knows.

the best part - i looked at those screens and found gameplay video of the same version of them game.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLgoZYuzINA
it is from....1997!
http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?game_id=7876 - that's the same arcade machine
ARE THEY FUCKIN SERIOUS?
they released the same game on psn - how it looks?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64T7kSU7aYk
so no konami couldn't port this, right?

@godsmurf, i'm pissed on the fact that they not only didn't remade psn version, they didn't even bother to released later re-edition of this game(cause they definitely made new versions for arcades). and then they will sell 12 year old game which probably was great in 1997, because it was one of a few racing games in arcades back then, but now is just bad and will charge you 40-50$ for it.

^ WARON, PAY ATTENTION

Go look at my post above please, There is a link to the ARCADE GAME that this Fiesta title is based on. ITS NEW, like last year released.
