Of course MGS4 and FF13 going to 360 would kill PS3. Most people in the US would have little reason to buy a ps3 if MGS4 went to the 360.

The MS money didnt talk to R* enough and X360 is ONLY getting 2 DLC where has the PS3 is getting 2 NEW IPs Exclusive, who won that one?
If MS money spoke then FFXIII and MGS4 would be on the X360 already.

But W29 if their money talks then why did the PS3 get 2 exclusives and the X360 get 2 DLC. If their money talked then they would have alot more exclusives than they do now and do they really want to sink another possible $1billion in getting games exclusive because they will never reach profitability that way and that is usually a main focus of business PROFITABLILTY.

I would likely be about 65% as serious as Square's defection from the N64, although from the PS3, not the PSP. Even one just being ported later would mean the developer thinks the PS3 cannot hold enough major games on its own, to make it worth the effort to develop exclusively for.

This may not mean an exodus, like the N64, but developers treating it as a multiplatform dump like the GC.

And in case it isn't clear to anyone, it would be because of money, regardless of the system's power.

What kinda answer is that "because its Microsoft" so what Nintendo could buy FFXIII exclusive for the Wii but they dont because they dont want to. Sony could have bought Bungie studios back in 2000 when they where independent but they didnt. Any of the BigThree could buy exclusives or studios but they dont go pissing their money away because they need to reach this financial goal called PROFIT!
