maybe because the game isn't done....i mean honestly, how often do games get delayed? it's not like any developer KNOWS they're going to be completely done by a certain date, especially with a game the size of GTA IV
plus if you look in the bottom right of the scan, you can see the guy mentioning how poorly the 360 version was running, so it's clearly not due to the PS3
