Forums - Gaming Discussion - Hulk vs. Kratos - who would win?

If we're going to assume that there is a Hades and that this is in Kratos's universe instead of the Marvel universe or any weird hybrid, then if Kratos "won" Hulk would punch his way out of Hades even harder and quicker than Kratos, destroy all of Hades and every God in the underworld and everywhere else. Then he'd punch Kratos. Then he'd punch the moon into the sun. He's a monster.

But he still couldn't kill Kratos. Heck, it'd be even easier for Kratos to come back because the Hulk cleared the way for him, this is assuming of course that the Hulk would be smart enough to even find his way out. He's a moron.

Well if they get one life each, Hulk wins.

If they both get unlimited continues in whatever way, Hulk would just have to tear all Kratos's limbs off but leave him alive, and put him in a cage in the center of the moon.

Hulk would probably bust his way into Hell to keep kicking the crap out of Kratos.

But if we put this fight anywhere but in the God of War unievrse then this whole conversation is mute an Kratos is dead as soon as the Hulk hits him.

The Hulk only has one life to begin with though. Giving them one each severly handicaps Kratos. It'd be the same as if you took away Kratos' swords or made The Hulk fight with his winning personality. Plus Kratos would die in the center of the moon so right back to hell with him.

@ Khuutra

What's to say there isn't a similiar hell in the Marvel universe that Kratos couldn't take advantage of? It's already been established by Thor that there's a Valhalla, so it's arguable that there is also a hell or at the very least an equivilent of Nifleheim that Kratos could escape from.

This has been addressed before, particularly in the Hulk vs. Thor animated movie (which, like many Hulk stories, was terrible). Hel had him thrown out because he was tearing the place literally to pieces. He was considered too dangerous.

Yes, they threw him out of Hell.

The point is that if this is the GoW universe, they both go to a Hades that is easy to escape from for people of Kratos' abilities and which the Hulk would just tear to shreads. Or he'd punch Atlas's legs out from under him, dropping the world on Hades and destroying it and everyone in it, except for himself.

Seriously. Kratos is more bad-ass and often more interesting, but Hulk has forty years of writers constantly one-upping each other behind him. Kratos can't win this. It's impossible.

All right, I've got to concede to that. I don't think I know enough about either character to where I could argue the point any further.

This isn't even an argument I like! This isn't a victory! People just don't realize how absurd super hero comic books get, apparently.

I think people don't understand that Hulk isn't stupid, that's the old Hulk when he just turned but that's because he was simply too angry to do anything but stay in primal rage form. he's literally retarded in the recent movies and TV shows though so I don't blame people for thinking that lol. He's not super brilliant like Bruce Banner in Hulk form but at least as smart as any normal person, he's just, always pissed....

it'd be even better if it was superman vs kratos because superman can just toss the little fucker into the phantom zone and be done with it.

This remind me of the long debate in the Sony forum where some diehard insist that Snake could beat Masterchief, the premise simply isn't fair and and thats something a few people just could not grasp. Its like a fight between Kempo master and a Star Destroyer, no matter how bad ass the Kempo master get, his opponent exist on an entirely different playing field (literaly) and his effort will not register.
