Maybe Suzuki-san needs a makeover. Like making interviews while drunk. Or have a burnt tan. Or say something outrageous. Media likes that. Maybe by then he can get back his clout. :(

Proud member of the Sonic Support Squad.

its not all about one man. Sure Suzuki had a vision and that is why he is still remembered but Sega had some very talented programmers back then. If suzuki tried to make Shenmue 3 with the sonic team today...it would be a diseaster.

The man is smart...he knows his time to shine will come again. And if it doesn't...atleast he will go out a legend.

Seriously my reaction.

I can't believe Vgchartz, you guys call yourself Hardcore yet a thread on Killzone 2 graphics will get more posts then the man who did so much for the industry makes me sick.

Thank you Suzuki, your arcade games were my youth.  You made some of the best games ever and I'm glad I lived in an era when they were released.

He is just going to a different area of Sega development.

He is probably overlooking a different (Sega) studio now. When he gets off vacation,he may be working on a new game.

That man is a legend, i hope they will let him direct games again! Like others said Shenmue III ! And maybe Virtua Fighter for the Wii please ;)

He's my gaming hero.

Theres still people out there who don't know who this man is yet they know nobodies like PR guys.

A very sad state of affairs indeed.

The man is a gaming GOD.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And true Dinomax, this thread won't last long, especially with ps3 firmware 126.90 about to be announced and new "artwork" for Spyro the dragon 17 on the horizon.

That could be promissing...but sega would have to give Shenmue 3 2X the budget that Yakuza 3 got. If the game is to keep up with its predecessors and be as impressive...

It looks like Yakuza 3 could double Kenshan!'s sales and hit a million if released in Americas and Others.
