Knowing American review sites, they're obviously going to have lower reviews for Japanese RPG's.  That's not to say that they're wrong though.

The only words describing this game so far from a reviewer are that it has a great story, but a lot of grinding.

Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

You're kind of blowing this out of proportion.  It's a jrpg being reviewed by an American magazine, which means the score is probably not going to be that great.  Just look at Crisis Core.  It's average is about 81-82 and yet many who have played it consider it to be the best PSP game.

 Well you know game site allways review lower than Magazines I know Gamespot.com is gonna give it a 6.0 Ign maybe 7.0

I could make a list of not-so great reviewed RPGs that actually turned out good for many people. Reviews mean nothing. ;)

Infinite Discovery by SE was rated 8 out 10 by OXM and look at the ratings that game is getting.

Gamespot 6.5

IGN 7.1

Both lower than an 8.
