So 120,000 X 18 = 2.16 million. That leaves us with 370,000 left to reach 2.53 million. This is without factoring in the holidays or even the price cut.

The Sony fanbase on this site grows larger each day I swear.

Does anybody else think this is a horrible prediction? And if you made these predictions on the current poll, please stand up and explain yourself.

Why would you use 120,000 per week as your sales per week? For the last 3 weeks 360 has adverages about 102,000 a week. If you use 105,000 a week x 18 then 360 comes up about 670,000 short.

I though i was the only one that noticed it, think that the X360 will only sell 2.53m until the year is over is just stupid, i voted 21(PS3) and 26(X360) btw.

No, you are right. It was a plurality. I was blurting lol. And I do believe that the sales of the PS3 and the Xbox 360 are going to be very similar this holiday. I feel that the price cut for the 360 is going to have a very big effect over the holiday season.

I was basing numbers off of historical data, not current trends. It is not an exact science by any means. It was something to base off of. Even so, if you average 105k and you 670k short, my point still stands.
