Forums - Gaming Discussion - E3 2007 - Most important ever?

I don't think it matters much for Nintendo as a whole as to what they show at E3, but I don't expect them to go without some interesting new stuff to show. A hard drive is likely as well.

Sony's released list of games is disappointing to me, as nothing was new. Hopefully they are keeping a secret or something though. We'll probably see a PSP redesign but I have no interest in replacing my original.

I don't think Xbox 360 has anything major to show. I think their fans will be the most disappointed with this E3.

Apparently they do have a selection of games that they will unveil that have not been announced.  Not sure whether it will be games on the PS3 only or both the PSP and PS3.

A PSP redesign I reckon will turn up...but I don't think it will cause much fuss, unless it does look totally different.

Nintendo really don't need to do much at all.

I reckon Sony need to show off Killzone and it better be brilliant looking.  MGS4 needs to be there is some playable demo form...if it isn't....then I very much doubt it will be released this year at all...seeing as it should be available in some kind of demo form by now if it is in fact being released for Xmas.  And on the PSP, God of War will be the showcase...I really hope they show more than the intro few minutes of the game.  A new playable level as well as a video showcase of other levels would be good.

Prediction (June 12th 2017)

PS4 Slim $249 (October 2017)

PS4 Pro $349 (October 2017)

Thanks for all the feedback guys.

I like this site.

 Anyway, going to this point, I think that would be the worst thing to do. You have people in your grip, so now is the time to go bigger.They have to show that 2008 is not just going to be a down year... that's it is going to be better.

 As for the price drop pipe dream... it's far fetched, but I've seen stranger things.

Predictions For Last Full Week of Sales in 2010)

WII - 80.35 Million

360 - 43.88 Million

PS3 - 41.40 Million

More terrible predictions coming Jan. 2011!!!

everthing sony and microsoft have to do is already made clear in this thread.

Nintendo shouldn't have to do much, but what if they say something like this: This is E3, this is a hardcore gamer oriented area. We say screw the casuals this E3 whe already showed them there games at that little press conference (or nintendo meeting whatever), or conference is only aimed at you the hardcoregamer.

Well, at least in my dreams it looked good ;)

Most of the upcomming PSP and PS3 games are all the same niche class of genres though, their appeal is very limited when you look at how well most of the franchise exclusive successor's did.

I haven't touched my PSP in over a year.

End of 2007 Predictions:

Wii =18m

360=14m

PS3=7m

DS=64m

PSP=30m
