Why have the PS3 sales dropped so much in the United States. A couple weeks ago the PS3 was dominating the 360 in Japan, US and Europe why a sudden drop in numbers?? Is there going to be another PS3 price drop anytime soon?? Also has the 80gb ps3 got a price drop because its 499.99 with the MGS4 bundle.

No actually...well partly true. In north america, there are lots of 40 gig models around but no one wants them when they can get a 80 gig for same price soon or a 360 for 100 dollars less.

I think it will pick back up in sales as more and more people start getting HD-TVs. I got one for MGS4, and its bue-ray capabilities.
