I played a good game the other day called I Am Legend. I played it on the futuristic DVD player console. The menu's for the game were great and easy to navigate. Not much in the way of interaction but it did have a heck of a story.


 Hehe, funny.

But what gets me, is he is saying anything previous to this gen and the PS3 and Xbox 360 could not have a story.  So for instance,  no Final Fantasy has ever had a story.

so great games like pac-man, tetris, street fighter should not be considered games. Pac-man and tetris which I still play from time to time have no narrative at all, so they are not games, big surprise to me.

Actually what he's saying makes perfect sense.  None of the current Wii lineup are really defined by their stories.  Would you like to argue that Super Mario Galaxy's story was awesome?  Super Mario Strikers?  Brawl?  ...?  The Wii doesn't have a lot of games with detailed stories at the moment.

The system works for some developers but may not work as well for others. There's nothing wrong with that.

I have no problem with them not developing for the Wii (I do think it seems a tad odd since they're willing to make DS games)

But saying silly things like "The Wii isn't gaming" has nothing to do with the platform they develop for. It's just silly.


True, that comment was rather stupid and unnecessary. Still, I don't think this is news. I never expected BioWare to make a Wii game anyway. The DS game was shocking enough (and will probably be the first non-shit Sonic title since Sonic Rush).
