Nope, GTA 5 has been handled absolutely atrociously DLC wise. Couldn't give a fuck about any of the multiplayer stuff so there's pretty much nothing that's been released so far. GTA 4 handled DLC so much better than 5.

Huum, So comparing this to lets say Fifa. Would you rather have a game released annually or a game like GTAV release once every 6 years with major DLC in between ?

GTA V doesnt really need much DLC imo, the original game already has so much content.

Yeah, but instead of releasing a new game every year, don't you think it is better to release the standalone game every 6 years and release DLC packs in-between ?

The best GTA game was SA, followed by VC and then 5. 5 is let down by a sub par story and lack of RPG elements from SA. So frankly Rockstar was BETTER when they were doing annual franchise releases. they've become lazy and slow.

Recently release stats show that GTAV is the best selling of the franchise. And that gamers are gravitating to the quarterly DLC packs being released.

I'd prefer annual releases, definitely. New story, new characters, new game mechanics, and most importantly a refresh of the game. DLC can do some of that, but won't ever add as much as a brand new game, and it definitely won't be a proper refresh since it will still be reliant on the original game.

Bet Shiken that COD would outsell Battlefield in 2018. http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=8749702

True, I just think it's more a testament to how awesome the game is it its original form.
