Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Aokana: Four Rhythm Across the Blue coming to Switch in Japan this winter

Aokana: Four Rhythm Across the Blue is in development for Switch, Sprite has announced. It will be released in Japan this winter.

Aokana: Four Rhythm Across the Blue is a romance visual novel game. It originally came out as a PC title in 2014, followed by PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4 versions. More details about the Switch edition will be shared at a later date.

The plot of Aokana: Four Rhythm Across the Blue follows the student Masaya Hinata. Aokana takes place in a world where people can fly, and Masaya even participated in the sport Flying Circus. However, he stopped participating after a huge defeat. Masaya ends up meeting transfer student Asuka Kurushina, teaches her how to fly, and reconnects with Flying Circus.

Aokana: Four Rhythm Across the Blue features four different plot lines. You’ll ultimately need to play through the game more than once to experience all story aspects.

This was adapted into an anime as well, right? Hopefully all these visual novels for Switch eventually get localised.

Edit: I just checked Wikipedia and the game is an adult visual novel? Wow, is this like the first eroge on the Nintendo Switch? Also, probably no chance at all that this gets localised then...
