And? he thinks sony drops it by 50$ right before the Scorpio reveal or launch.
Most people agree with that.

He also thinks Scorpio launches at 499$.

If Scorpio launches at 500 then it should be the next gen console of Microsoft.

As i don't see it dropping in price to 300 over the next two years.

It includes a 4k player, which is one of the things Playstation dropped to keep the price down near $400. It's a little like the original PS3, though not nearly as expensive to manufacture.

It's going to be at least $500, and that's not an unfair price for what you're getting... it just flirts with that price point that most gamers have refused to cross for decades now.
