A few bands we've already seen but who can get enough of KISS, Rolling Stones and Heart? They also mentioned that a lot of other big names are interested now with the sucess of the first two games so this could mean Metallica, AC/DC and Led Zepplin. Of course they will probably keep those pretty hush for as long as they possibly can if they did get rights to some of their songs. anyway here ya go

I was hoping for "Tribute" from Tenacious D, but that'll do. :)

This is coming to the Wii as well, right? Then I guess I better start paying attention. =P Can't say I recognise more than a few of those, but the same didn't prevent me from enjoying the first two parts of the series. It would be cool if they added some music from famous video games to the game, or made a spin-off with that theme. Then again this is supposed to have downloadable content, so you can probably customise your songs a good lot.

I didn't buy either of the firt two Guitar Heros games, but I can't wait for this one on the Wii.

@ Parokki On the PS2 versions if you have some computer skills you can actually burn a customized copy with whatever songs you want replacing ones that are one the actual game. It looks like a lot of work though. If your interested you can just type in custom guitar hero into youtube and see what some people have done. I think there is a link somewhere on the Scorehero.com website with instructions on how to do it too if you want. Like i said though it looks like a lot of work but definately worth it if you have the time from what i've seen.

But i do agree that song oldschool game songs would rock. Some street fighter themes, megaman, castlevania etc. would just be awesome to play and very nostagic. I dont think that most of the people picking up this game a conventional gamers though so im not sure how much of an audience they would have with that kind of game.

Living Colour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sweet! Also, great news we get one of Heart's greatest songs. One if the first female-led guitar tracks on GH history, right?

That's a sweet lineup. School's Out + Sabotage + anything by Muse = Win.

@ mrstickball They had Crazy on You by heart on GH2. I think Barracuda will be just as enjoyable though. both great songs by a pretty rockin band.
