Pretty much. You'll also notice that those kinds of people do not have the mindset or motivation to achieve that success. So they create a reason as an excuses for their life style. An easy way out in their head, it's pretty sad. That's not to say that there aren't conspiracies that do exist, but a lot of these conspiracy theories lately really hit a new low. Ignorance is bliss.
