Kind of surprised to see so many people myself included to put PS1 over PS2... kinda thought it was always the other way around with most people.

To be fair for older gamers that is not big surprise, PS1 was 1st 3D generation and we had biggest leap ever in console gaming with that gen, we went from 2D platformers to games like Tomb Raider, Metal Gear, Resident Evil...look at my first two best consoles ever. :)
