If true, looking forward to hearing about Switch systems being thrown against walls and broken in anger.

Well, I assumed that was obvious from the context.

True
Interesting. Like any rumor, it will become much more interesting when comments don't have to be tempered with "if it's true".

I hope this is true but I also hope that whichever new game Fromsoftware develops also comes to the NS.
Well, that would explain why From Software was on the list of Switch developers.
I hope they greenlight the project and the game sells well.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Considering Dark Souls 2's producer laughed when someone proposed the idea of porting it to WiiU, I'm not holding breath for this rumour. Now, WiiU isn't the same system as Switch and neither is the philosophy behind them, so there could have some merit and legitimatecy to the rumour itself, but we'll see.
It would be nice playing Dark Souls on the go, that being said.
EDIT: would be lovely if they keep Blighttown the way it is. That place is best played when you are like at 13 fps.
