Just because Cod gets a lot of hate and like all people love BF on the internet doesnt mean this speaks for 100%, its only a small amount actually and there are so many that just dont care.

Considering Pre-Order sales are down and the hate bandwagon is growing, I don't think so.

Which is excatly why I'm lowering my expectations to get a gaming PC as more people play on Consoles. Scorpio and Pro might not be a bad idea after all.

battlefront is already almost unplayable on pc

Game peaked at over 750k today! Lets see how long it holds. Definently doing better than BF4 and I'd argue even BF3.



Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

These online stats tell me the game sold a little better in America on the x1 but overall WW it sold a lot better on ps4. Expected,  the marketing deal pushed it slightly in its favour in the American market as the gap is small there.

Origin exclusive really hurts the potential fanbase. Lots of players refuse to play anything not on Steam.

Do games like this typically come to steam eventually or stay origin exclusive?

In case anyone's interested in some sales data (I'm assuming that people are using these numbers to estimate sales to a certain extend): First week sales in the UK for BF1 are higher than BF4 and BFH combined, but are lower than the opening weeks for both BF3 and Battlefront.
In order of most sales: BF3 > Battlefront > BF1 > BF4 > BFH
