Forums - Gaming Discussion - My Definitve No Man's Sky Review...

Hello,

I have now read multiple articles about the copies being released early and the peoples feedback.  I also found some gameplay footage.

Based on that, I now have a complete and utterly useless base of information to make a definitive review for the game.

So, the review:

It looks good!  Might even buy a PS4!

It seems to me, I am not sure what all the butthurt is over the early reviews and game info.  I mean, if you don't read it, it won't impact you.  If you were to buy the game 1 month after release, all the info is out there.  So what does it really matter?

It is near the end of the end....

Totally agreed... it's not a game "with objectives"... is just you playing a Open universe game with your style...

In Sony We Trust!

Idk that I have ever seen a group of people so venomous towards people with early copies of a game, trying so hard to "prove wrong" every negative opinion or experience someone could have had thus far. So now apparently are clinging to the idea that these people are playing stolen or old build copies of the game, never mind the fact that tje game was shipped out and was arriving in stores at least two weeks ago (3 weeks before street date, which is weird. Wonder why it didn't just launch a week or two sooner?)

Then again I don't frequent Reddit too often outside of The Division and Battleborn. Maybe most of the Reddits are that crazy.

I think Inside will blow this out of the water.. I would prefer a game that has mechanics and ideas that have been done twenty times before but done again very well than a game trying something ambitious and not doing it perfectly. Games need to be more realistic with what they want to achieve. No point in letting imaginations run wild and expectations get overblown.

The game wasn't even made by a company...it was an indie game people.

To see an indie company makes this is enough for me to be satisfied. It's nothing more than people being whiny over the smallest of details.

It's like when people said FE Fates will suck because the(very creepy) petting option was removed in America. People don't care for reviews that much. If the game looks good people will buy it.

I don't care if Gamerboi420 gave a game 0/10 or 10/10.

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.

So it was made by a company?

You know... this came as a surprise to me, but the game is coming out for PC aswell on the same day. A PS4 is apparantly not required.

What is this you speak of a game review I've never heard of that LOL
