Looks like I caved now. Downloading now and I'm really surprised that it's only 1.3GB. Feels more like a 4GB game to me.

Well, I just lost 4h of grinding and story progress because the game wouldn't give me the opportunity of a save point. Fuck that shit.

How? You can save anytime you are in the overworld.

Dude, I was too busy organising my Talismans and Spritnites. There was simply no time to save via the menu. I demand save points! Also I demand warnings if you enter an area where you are still gonna be one shot killed by having all 3 of your members iced despite being overleveled.

you can save anywhere on the world map.

Its not really ever a issue.

The problem is the tailisman and flux bonus system is so weird you probably only realise what and how to use it when your already more than half ways through the game.

Basically:

Whenever you use your techs in battle, theres a chance you can proc a flux bonus after the battle.

These flux bonus's allow you to upgrade your "tech" (theres a small snowflake symbol by it) and you can look at the skill and see what flux bonus you added to it (what you add to the skills when they get these bonus, depends on the types of tailisman you wear (they usually have differnt flux bonus, like +crit rate, +tech power, +combo power, + combo release, +atb gain, ect).

Game felt very easy.... the hardest fight for me was the "mysterious man I wont name to avoid spoilers" who turns into a dragon/monster.

That fight was harder than the last boss was for me.

My favorite setup was:

Endir, Ndir, Kir

Yes the game is fucking easy. That's why you're not expecting to die randomly, especially when you're overleveled and basically just walk over bosses. That's also why saving isn't always on your mind. Then a fucking cheap shot comes around and ices all 3 characters in one turn. Didn't even have time to flee.

I got the systems with the talismans and fluxes down now even though the game does a terrible job at explaining it. Even now I have to look up what flux does what exactly because the game doesn't tell you. Also it sucks that you cannot remove fluxes from your spritnites.

I will redo my progress soon and then I'll probably roll with Aeterna, Setsuna and Kir even though they haven't yet a combo. Though I kinda hope they will introduce another female character so I can have my all female party. Please don't spoil me, I just got Kir in my party.

As it's digital only I'll be waiting for an inevitable sale in a few months time.

Fuck yeah, found another kickass female friend. Looks like Square still allows its developers to make playable female characters.
